Trump Administration Rolls Out MAGAnomics Plan to Achieve 3% Growth

The Trump administration's economic plan, dubbed MAGAnomics, has been drafted for the single purpose of achieving a sustained growth of 3 percent for the US economy, according to Office of Management and Budget Director Mick Mulvaney.

The Trump administration's economic plan, dubbed MAGAnomics, has been drafted for the single purpose of achieving a sustained growth of 3 percent for the US economy, Office of Management and Budget Director Mick Mulvaney said in a press briefing on Thursday.

"MAGAnomics is tax reform, it is what we call the regulatory accountability project…

Energy dominance is part of this, welfare reform is part of this, infrastructure is part of this, trade policy is part of this, " Sanders stated.

"All of those things are designed toward one common end and that is 3 percent sustained economic growth in this country."

Mulvaney explained President Donald Trump has instructed him to focus on undoing excessive and unnecessary regulations that were enforced by the previous administration of President Barack Obama.

The goal of the new project is to get rid of 16 regulatory actions in the first six months, Mulvaney emphasized.

Moreover, Mulvaney noted that the Trump administration plans to get to the desirable 3-percent growth mark in the next three to five years.
